Outstanding performance at the US Sambo National Championship and International Sambo Championship held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our team participated with 4 athletes and brought home 3 medals:

Josh Wade

• 1st place at the National Championship 

• Qualified to compete at the Pan American Championships in Ecuador

• Also earned  3rd place in the International Division 

 Sergei Danilin

• 1st place in the Combat Sambo International Division

• Won a hard-fought match against a world medalist from Kyrgyzstan 

Coach Riza

• Competed in Combat Sambo against a strong and young athlete from the Kyrgyzstan National Team

• Finished with 4th place and a 2–1 record 

Volodimir Garashenko

• Fought with heart and determination

• Finished with 4th place and a 1–2 record
