Frequently Asked Questions

The key principles and values of judo that I find most important include mutual respect, respect for opponents and instructors, self-control, and a continuous drive for self-improvement.

Judo provides us with the opportunity to develop physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Moreover, it strengthens mental resilience, helps manage stress and aggression, and teaches us to work on our weaknesses.

Training in judo can improve cardiovascular health, increase muscle mass, reduce stress levels, and elevate overall physical activity. This contributes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and weight.

Judo teaches us to react to danger and conflict with minimal violence. We learn to control situations using self-defense techniques rather than excessive force, which also boosts our self-confidence.

To maintain adults' motivation for judo training, we employ various methods such as setting personal goals, fostering mutual support within the group, offering individualized training approaches, and organizing competitions with incentives for achievements at tournaments.
